How long can I cancel my order and what do I have to do?
You can cancel your order within 14 days from receipt of the goods and without giving reasons by returning the goods. Please fill out the return slip enclosed with your order and enclose it with your return shipment.nbsp;

Can I get a parcel stamp for a return?
The return shipment within Germany is completely free of charge. Returned packages without proper postage cannot be accepted by our logistics. The post office charges 15 € penalty postage for those returns. 
You can easily request the return label at www.genxtreme.de/contact.

How long does the refund take? What is the method of refund?
In the event of a return, we will refund any invoice amounts already paid as quickly as possible after checking the goods. As a rule, the money is credited within a maximum of ten days. We will always refund your money via the payment method you selected when ordering. 

How does an exchange of goods work at GenXtreme?
If you want to exchange something, please fill out the return slip enclosed with your order and enclose it with your return. This way we can directly assign your change request. 

To which countries does GenXtreme deliver? How much are the postage / shipping costs?
Within Germany we deliver free of charge from 100€ purchase value. The shipping costs abroad depend on where the package is to be sent.Shipping costs can be taken from the postage table in the article or on the shopping cart page.
