Leather gloves for the right fingertip feeling

With cold hands you can neither work nor ride a motorcycle, but too thick gloves do not help in these cases. The solution is high-quality leather gloves that give your fingers enough freedom and feeling. You can find leather gloves at www.genxtreme.de/en/.

Leather gloves - luxury for your hands

Anyone who has ever worn leather gloves knows how good it feels. The noble leather takes on your body temperature very quickly and shapes itself to your hands. It almost feels like a protective second skin. Gloves made of leather are breathable, durable and tear-resistant. Nevertheless, you still have relatively much "fingertip feeling" with them. In addition, with leather you have a firm grip on your tools and your hands are optimally protected from injury. These positive characteristics make them perfect partners for handicrafts and horticulture. These special forms of gloves have a long tradition, because even the cowboys in the Wild West liked to wear them. And while we're on the subject of America: Bikers who like to jet across Route66 on their machines also almost never do without leather gloves - not only because of the high grip and high-quality protection against cold and wet. They are also easy to care for and look good.

It all depends on the leather

The choice of leather from which your gloves are made depends very much on what you want to do with them. Nappa leather is often used to make gloves. This is beautiful, smooth leather from sheep or calf. Gloves made of nappa leather are often very elegant. Coarser-pored and still soft and supple is peccary leather, which is tanned from the skin of pigs. The special feature of this high-quality leather is its grain. Suede is the uncoated and roughened reverse side of the leather hide. It is particularly breathable and robust. Suede made from goatskin is particularly resistant and robust, which is why it is often used for work gloves. Deerskin is particularly high quality. Its surface is soft and supple. It is often used for traditional costume clothing and traditionally also processed into leather gloves for hunters.

Order and care properly

At GenXtreme you not only benefit from a large selection, but you can also conveniently order online. But that's not all: You are also welcome to make your way to a store and examine your favorite products on site. Should you still order online, you can look forward to short delivery times. The right care of your new favorites is also important: A good leather glove is a purchase for many years, if it is well cared for. A distinction is made between smooth leather (such as nappa leather) and rough leather (such as suede). Gloves made of smooth leather are impregnated with leather oil or leather grease. Coarse dirt should be removed beforehand with a dry cloth or brush. Suede, on the other hand, should definitely be treated with impregnation spray. Stubborn stains can be removed with a stain eraser. Make sure to clean your suede gloves regularly.
