Complaints

If you work hard, you have expectations of your workwear. And if something falls apart before the expected time, we at GenXtreme make it very clear: we sell high quality workwear and safety shoes that are meant to last.

So, if something is not right, you will find information here on what to look out for when making a complaint.

1. Inform us
First, please send us an email to service@genxtreme.de with the following information:
- Customer number
- Invoice number and date of purchase
- Article name
- A short descritpion of the defect
- Pictures documenting the defect

If the defect is difficult to see in the pictures, please call our team on +49 8341 96793-0.

2. We take care of it
As soon as we have received pictures and the above mentioned information from you, we will deal with the matter directly and you will receive an email or a call from us regarding the further procedure. Please always pay sufficient postage for returns, as we cannot accept unfree shipments. Please make sure that the clothes are washed and dry. Otherwise, manufacturers will automatically refuse to accept them. Thank you for your understanding!

3. We sort it out
When we receive the claimed item, we will process your complaint right away. In case of justified complaints, we must clarify the details with the manufacturers. Please understand that this can sometimes take a while. However, we want to solve every matter as quickly as possible and to your complete satisfaction.
