How does the return process work?

- Prepare the shipment: Attach a return label to the parcel.
- Send the return: Take the parcel to the nearest post office.
Return conditions
- Refunds will be processed after receipt and verification of the return.
- Even if an exchange is not possible with us, you can simply place a new order and receive the desired item faster than with an exchange. Your return will be checked immediately and refunded as soon as we receive it.
