High visibility pants - keep you safe and visible

A special version of the work pants is the high-visibility pants, especially suitable for road construction, track construction and any other profession where high visibility is essential. High-visibility clothing is mandatory in almost all European countries where a worker participates in or is near road traffic. However, high-visibility pants do not only help to make the wearer optimally visible. Today's high-visibility trousers also offer maximum functionality in terms of weather resistance and robustness. The most common colors of high-visibility pants are red, yellow and orange. The various warning colors are not assigned to individual occupational groups, but can be freely selected.

High-visibility pants from various top brands

The most diverse top manufacturers offer high-visibility pants in all colors and shapes. Among them, there is the Mascot Kendal high-visibility trousers, which are extremely robust due to triple cap seams on the legs and crotch. Various features such as Teflon® treatment or CORDURA® reinforcements give the high-visibility trousers maximum functionality. In addition, the trousers are certified according to EN471 and comply with warning protection class 2. Another example comes from the company Pfanner Austria. The Stretchzone® high-visibility trousers offer not only maximum freedom of movement thanks to elastic fabric, but also extreme robustness thanks to various materials. In addition, they are certified according to EN471.

High-visibility clothing according to EN471

EN471 deals exclusively with the warning effect of PPE. It states how much m² of the outer material must be covered by warning protection materials. A distinction is made here between 3 classes, which are class 1, 2 and 3. Class 3 represents the highest protection level and class 1 the lowest. The more fluorescent background material and reflective elements are processed, the higher the protection class and thus the safety for the wearer.
