The Haix Connexis Safety+ GTX Mid is made of a suede/textile combination with a leather thickness of 2.0 mm to 2.2 mm.
The inner lining of the shoe is waterproof and highly breathable thanks to GORE-TEX® Extended. It also offers an abrasion-resistant lining with the highest climate comfort, especially for flexible alternating uses indoors and outdoors and in warmer temperatures.
The sole offers a high level of slip resistance on different terrains with low wear at the same time thanks to special rubber and an innovative sole construction. Slats, specially slanted and round sole elements offer optimal grip, as well as high agility and a stable hold on smooth and wet surfaces thanks to Haix® Anti Slip. The PU cushioning wedge with its low weight ensures excellent running properties. In addition, the sole offers very good insulation against the cold and is fuel-resistant. The shoes are manufactured according to EN ISO 20345:2011.
The Haix Connexis Safety+ GTX Mid is an electrostatically dissipative safety shoe and is tested according to DIN EN 61340-4-3:2016 and DIN EN ISO 61340-5-1:2016. Thanks to the ultra-light Haix® nano-carbon protective cap, the shoe meets the highest safety requirements and offers extra space for the toes. In addition, the shoes are flexible, light, metal-free and have a penetration-resistant sole insert with the Haix® Protective sole.
Comfort has not been neglected with the Haix Connexis Safety+ GTX Mid either. Thanks to the Haix® absorption, the comfortable insole has a cushioning effect thanks to the cushioning wedge that is integrated into the sole. The separate heel cup ensures optimal foot guidance. In addition, the Haix® CONNEXIS® system includes a special tape that specifically stimulates the fascia in the foot and thus has an anti-fatigue effect on the entire musculoskeletal system. In addition, the Haix® Climate System uses the pumping movement that occurs when walking and transports moisture to the outside via the Micro-Dry lining at the end of the shaft. The "Perfect-Fit" marking ensures that the correct shoe size can be checked optimally.
With three different insoles, the width of the shoe can also be individually adjusted. The red medium insole is supplied with the shoe. A wide insole in yellow (901454W) and a narrow blue one (901454N) must be ordered separately.
